Proper training and motivation of the sales force is the key to the success of the organization. IOL conducted a full day training and motivation program to its sales team and distributor sales representatives on 4^th March 2024. The event was held at Royal Grand Paradise Kiribathgoda. Prominent corporate trainer and motivational speaker Mr. Yasas Hewage conducted an insightful motivational session which was followed by technical training sessions and, reward and recognition activities.
